Sensoji Temple is the oldest temple in Japan located in Tokyo and was founded in 628.

It enshrines Kannon Bosatsu (Goddess of Mercy) and is famous for its Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate) and five-story pagoda. It is a popular tourist destination, visited by more than 30 million people annually.
